I am not a huge breakfast person but to loose weight and look good eating breakfast is an important part of the day. It wakes u up starts your metabolism and gets you going. So I wanted to make breakfast healthy and fun! I found tons of smoothie recipes to try out. Currently I am drinking a peanut butter smoothie and its delicious. Here's the recipe. I tsp of honey 2 tsp of peanut butter 1 banana 1 ice cube and 3 tsp of milk. That's only 301 calories and a wonderful way to start your day
